FITNESS IS EXERSICE

·    Allow time for warm up.
·    Being with stretching exercise to increase flexibility and prepare
·    The muscles. All stretches should be slowly.
·    Cool down at the end of each exercise .
·    Dress comfortably and wear easy shoes.
·    Drink before, after and even during exercise.
·    Choose those activities
·    Which u can enjoy safely.
·    Gradual progression is better than pushing yourself too hard.
·    The hottest time of the day should be avoid for exercise.
·    Don’t exercise during disease such as angina, asthma.
·    Enjoyment is a prime consideration.
·    Set realistic targets with in your capacity.
